Power fittings are various auxiliary devices that connect and combine power systems, and can transfer mechanical and electrical loads or play a protective role. Such devices are called power fittings.
According to the main performance and use of electric power fittings, they can be roughly divided into the following categories:
1. Suspension fittings (support fittings or suspension clamps): suspension fittings are mainly used to suspend conductor insulator strings, which are commonly used on tangent poles and towers or suspension jump strings.
2. Anchoring hardware (fastening hardware or wire clamp): The main function of the anchoring hardware is to fasten the terminal of the conductor, which can be fixed on the wire insulator string, as well as the fixing of the terminal and the anchoring of the stay wire.
3. Connecting fittings (wire hanging parts): the main function of connecting fittings is to connect insulators into strings and the connection between fittings and fittings. The connecting fittings need to bear mechanical loads.
4. Connection fittings: As the name implies, the connection fittings are mainly used to connect various bare conductors and lightning conductors.
5. The connecting hardware shall bear the same electrical load as the conductor, and most of the connecting hardware shall bear all the tension of the lightning conductor.
6. Protective fittings: protective fittings are mainly used to protect conductors, insulators, etc.
It is mainly a grading ring used to protect insulators, to prevent the heavy hammer used for pulling up insulator strings, and to prevent the use of anti vibration hammer and protective rod.
Are there any requirements for the use conditions or environment of electric power fittings?
1. The altitude used for electric fittings shall not exceed 1000m;
2. The ambient medium temperature of electric power fittings shall not be higher than+40 ℃ and not lower than – 30 ℃.
Note: If the altitude and surrounding medium temperature cannot meet the above conditions, the disconnector can be used according to the requirements of GB311-64 national standard.
