State Grid Xinjiang Electric Power Co., Ltd. has adopted a package of measures to stabilize the economy, covering 36 implementation measures in seven aspects, including ensuring electricity supply, investing in power grid, serving energy transformation, optimizing business environment, stabilizing supply chain, helping small and medium-sized enterprises to rescue and solve difficulties, and ensuring people’s livelihood, stable employment, etc. These specific measures are coordinated between development and security, power supply and energy transformation, ensuring that they are fully targeted, scaled up and implemented.
In terms of ensuring the safe supply of electric power, it mainly includes 10 measures, such as paying attention to safe production, improving the capacity of power grid resource allocation, providing services for the increase and steady supply of various power sources, ensuring the livelihood of people’s livelihood and ensuring the smooth operation of power grid in summer, so as to ensure the safe and smooth supply of electric power and provide services for the people in Xinjiang to obtain and use electricity well. In terms of ensuring people’s livelihood and stable employment, it mainly includes two measures: providing universal electricity services and promoting stable employment and expanding employment, so as to fully serve industrial and agricultural production and stable employment. Among them, we will provide more than 1,500 jobs of various kinds this year, including 1,100 jobs for college graduates and more than 400 jobs for socialized recruitment.
