Reporters learned that the southern area of the first green card obtained by the Guangzhou power supply bureau. From April to May this year, Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau took the lead in purchasing and using 2 million KWH of green power in the office area through the green power trading platform of Guangzhou Electric Power Exchange Center, which is expected to reduce 1313 tons of carbon emissions, about 3597 trees. The purchased green electricity will be used for the premises of enterprises, guangzhou Power Exhibition hall and power supply business hall.
About 1.5 billion yuan of new enterprise credit has been granted on the “Spike Carbon” platform
On June 21, Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau and government departments successfully held the launching ceremony of carbon account and carbon credit report for enterprises in Guangzhou. This is another action to extend the service chain and build a “green finance” ecosystem after the launch of the “Carbon Calculator” mini-program jointly developed by Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau and Guangzhou Industry and Information Technology Bureau in 2021.
The guangzhou version of the enterprise carbon account will comprehensively record the enterprise carbon emissions, including data collection, accounting, evaluation labeling, industry and finance docking and other links. Through the “spike carbon calculator” small program, the carbon emission and carbon emission intensity of enterprises in a certain period can be calculated, and the carbon emission performance of enterprises can be divided into five levels. So as to realize data docking with “Yuexinrong” platform, carbon credit report of enterprises can be generated, and financial institutions are encouraged to carry out industry-finance docking based on carbon credit report of enterprises.
The first business landing pilot was successfully realized in Huadu District. Huadu Branch of CCB and Huadu Branch of Bank of Communications respectively signed loan intention agreements with Enterprises such as Tuopu Electric Appliance, Sanhua Technology, Telun Cosmetics packaging and Hengli Sports Materials on the spot, and the intended green loan amount was about 140 million yuan. At present, Huadu District has opened carbon accounts for more than 500 enterprises on a pilot basis, and about 170 enterprises have completed carbon emission rating labeling in the past two years. Six banking institutions have launched green financial products in the green finance area of “Suizhou Carbon” platform, granting credit of about 1.5 billion yuan to relevant enterprises.
